The holiday apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, set back from beautiful Lake Constance, and impresses with fantastic views of the lake and the Alps. The 75 m² studio features an open-plan living and sleeping area with a sofa and double bed, accommodating 2 guests. There is also a dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and air fryer. Additional amenities: wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio, and CD player. The large shared garden with lawn invites you to relax. Two bakeries and a fresh food market are within a 5–10 minute walk (350–500 m), as is the boat dock for excursions. The Hagnau “West” bus stop is about 10 minutes on foot. Please note: The studio is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs. As an attic apartment, it has sloped ceilings that may be noticeable for taller guests in some areas. The village offers several good restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. Sights such as castles and palaces are nearby and just a short drive away (5–10 km). Lake Constance, with attractions like Mainau Island, Meersburg’s old town, or the pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen, is only 15 minutes by car (10 km). Free parking is available directly at the house. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed. Bicycles can be stored at the property. Final cleaning is included.
